These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and the "Claude Skills Bundle" digital product ("Product"). By purchasing the Product or using the site you agree to these Terms.
1. The Product
The Product is a digital archive containing prompt templates, workflow guides, and documentation designed for use with third-party Large Language Model services (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok and others). It is delivered as a single ZIP file via download link.
2. Independent product — no affiliation
We are an independent third party. This Product is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, or any other LLM provider. Any trademarks referenced ("Claude", "ChatGPT", "Gemini", "Grok", etc.) belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively to indicate compatibility.
3. Price and payment
The current price of the Product is displayed at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe (through SetVault). We do not store card details. Payment is a one-time charge; there is no subscription or recurring billing.
4. Licence
Upon successful payment we grant you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use the Product's contents commercially, subject to the following:
- Prompts and templates are released under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0). You may use, edit, remix and use their outputs commercially, including for client work.
- You may not resell or redistribute the Product itself as a standalone bundle. You may sell services and deliverables produced using the Product.
- You may not use the Product to create content that violates the acceptable-use policy of your chosen LLM provider (harassment, illegal content, CSAM, weapons manufacture, etc.).
5. No warranty of results
The Product is a set of tools. Your results depend on your effort, market conditions, and factors outside our control. We make no guarantee that you will earn any specific amount of money, land any specific number of clients, or achieve any specific outcome by using it. Any testimonials on this site are individual experiences and are not typical.
6. Refund policy
See the Refund Policy. In short: 14-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Product or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the Product. In no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.
8. Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime of the download link but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. If you cannot access your download, email support and we will reissue the link.
9. Prohibited uses
You may not:
- Attempt to disable, decompile, or reverse-engineer any part of the site.
- Use the Product to generate spam, deceptive content, or illegal material.
- Impersonate us, our brand, or claim endorsement by any LLM provider.
- Publicly redistribute the Product in whole or in part.
10. Termination
We may terminate your licence and revoke access to the download if you breach these Terms, particularly clauses 4 and 9. Termination for breach does not entitle you to a refund.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dublin, Ireland, save that consumers may bring claims in the courts of their country of residence as permitted by mandatory local law.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
